Edinburgh Zoological Society

Clare was invited to work with the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland to create some designs for products to sell online and in the shop at Edinburgh Zoo. She created a wonderful animal procession of lots of iconic Edinburgh Zoo inhabitants including a flamingo, penguins, panda and more. This design have been put on a range of products including tea towels, mugs and tote bags.

The collaboration with the zoo resulted in Clare being asked to paint a huge elephant for the Elephant Parade Charity. Clare painted a penguin-styled elephant named ‘Bernard’ (her two boys choosing the name) as penguins are the heart and iconic symbols of Edinburgh Zoo.
